ONLINE BOOKING FAQS
Uthrive uses JANE, an online booking software. Once you have created an account, you can book and cancel an appointment or add yourself to a practitioner's waitlist.
Below are some frequently asked questions regarding online booking.
HOW DO I CREATE AN ACCOUNT?
Clicking any of the green "Book Now" buttons on our website will take you to the JANE booking site. From there, choose a service and practitioner. Their schedule will come up for you to select your appointment time. Once you have picked the type of appointment, continue to follow the prompts.
Clicking the "Book With..." button under a practitioner's bio on our website will take you directly to that practitioner's JANE book page.
WHAT IF I FORGET MY PASSWORD OR USERNAME?
There are two options :
1. Go to your JANE booking login screen and press the "Forgot username or password?" link and follow the instructions.
2. Call us so we can send you a password reset email or let you know what your username is.
WHAT IF THE APPOINTMENT I WANT IS NOT THERE?
The JANE software will automatically take you to the first available spot for the appointment type you want to book with your chosen practitioner. If you want a time that is not available, you can add yourself to the practitioner's waitlist.
Go to your online booking account's main screen.
Press the "Upcoming Appointments" option from the menu on the left.
Look for the "Wait List Requests" section
Click the "Add a Wait List Request" button.
Fill out the prompts.
CAN I CONNECT A FAMILY MEMBER?
Yes, you can! Here's how:
Login to your JANE booking account and press "My Account".
Chose the "Family Member" option from the menu on the left of the screen.
Click the "Add a Family Member" button.
Fill out the prompts and save.
