Brenda Keller

Brenda has been a part of the fitness industry since 1994 through sports coaching and group fitness instructing. After graduating from Mt. Royal College with a personal fitness trainer diploma in 2001, she became a full-time personal trainer.

As a mom of two and an individual who struggled with her own body weight issues, she has a passion and understanding for those going through their own weight loss journey. She loves working with women who are pregnant, or are trying to get back into pre-pregnancy shape.

Her overall goal is to create an atmosphere of positive thinking where her clients can be pushed to go beyond where they think they can go, to achieve those things they think are impossible to accomplish.

Elderly or young, athlete or self-proclaimed couch potato- she strives to improve the daily living of all her clients. She has worked with individuals with acute injuries, as well as with those with chronic conditions such as arthritis and osteoporosis.

Other practitioners, such as physiotherapists, massage therapists and chiropractors, may have a vital role in the training capabilities of their clients and so working with the advice of the treating practitioner is always her consideration.
