Kate Zia

Kate earned her Group Exercise Specialist certificate through AFLCA in 2008 and her Personal Trainer Specialist Certification from Can Fit Pro in 2011. Kate also has certifications in Kettlebell, Joint Mobility, Fitness Kickboxing, Pre and Post Natal, and Ashtanga Yoga.

Kate’s background is in communications, but at 37 years old, she changed her career path to pursue her passion for fitness. This move was in part sparked by her personal goal to achieve balance between career, family and fitness. Kate offers bootcamp-style group exercise classes, small group training, personal training sessions, yoga, kettlebell, and fitness kickboxing workouts that will rekindle your love of fitness and improve your overall quality of life.

Kate enjoys helping clients set fitness goals that go beyond aesthetics and weight loss, and instead help foster a stronger sense of self worth and pride in their accomplishments. Through consistent workouts that focus on mobility, ability, strength and cardio conditioning, Kate will help you feel and look your best.

Kate is now in her forties, an avid runner and mother of two teenage boys.
