Anna Steen
Registered Massage Therapist (2200hrs) / Manual Osteopathic Therapist
Anna Steen is a unique, highly skilled practitioner of massage therapy and manual osteopathy. Her love for the wellness industry took root at an early stage in her life when she spent time managing a fitness club and teaching group fitness classes. It was there that she developed a profound appreciation for body movement and injury prevention, and it became clear to her that she wanted to dedicate her career to helping others in the same way.
As a massage therapist, Anna provides a variety of therapeutic and relaxation massage treatments, such as trigger point therapy, fascial work, cupping, visceral manipulation, and craniosacral therapy. Her approach is holistic, and she believes in using treatments as a way to prevent injuries as well as recover from them.
With her extensive education and training, Anna is a true specialist in her field. After graduating from the Alberta College of Massage Therapy's 2200 hrs program in 2017, she knew she wanted to continue to expand her knowledge and skills. She went on to study manual osteopathic therapy at the Manual Osteopathic College of Canada. This additional training has given her a deep understanding of movement patterns and injury prevention, which she uses to provide the highest level of care to her patients.
Anna Steen is not only an exceptional massage therapist but a genuinely caring and dedicated professional who goes above and beyond for her patients. With her extensive knowledge of manual osteopathic therapy, she is able to provide a truly holistic approach to care, addressing the root cause of your issues, not just treating your symptoms.
If you're looking for a massage therapist who truly cares and is dedicated to helping you feel your best, look no further than Anna!
