Anna has always had a passion for health and wellness. Before exploring a career in massage therapy, she managed a fitness club and taught group fitness classes, where she fell in love with movement patterns and injury prevention.

She graduated in 2019 with an 1180 hrs diploma in Manual Osteopathic Therapy and obtaining honours with distinction. As a manual osteopathic therapist, she specializes in osteoarticular corrections (correcting misalignments of the pelvis, spine, neck, knees, jaw, shoulder, etc.), visceral manipulation, (working with the organs to restore balance in the body systems and encourage healing,) craniosacral therapy (treating the synarthrosis joints of the cranium and encouraging healthy movement of cerebrospinal fluid) and myofascial remodelling.
As a massage therapist, she does therapeutic and relaxation massage, trigger point therapy, fascial work, cupping, visceral manipulation and craniosacral therapy. Anna believes in treatments as a way to prevent injury as well as to recover from one.
