Registered Massage Therapist (2200 hrs)

Holly was raised in Calgary and went to MCG career college formerly known as NIMT (Northern Institute of Massage Therapy). In that school, she completed her 2200 hr course and also trained for her Lensen skill set she currently has. With her skills, she is able to do traditional deep tissue and relaxation. With the help of her Lensen techniques, she is able to help people who don't want to endure a deep tissue massage with one that is not painful but still equally beneficial for their healing.

Holly likes to take part in better health challenges such as Spartan Races, healthy eating challenges, or Fun Runs for charities. She also loves to geek out with her husband by playing things like hero realms.

Holly loves to work with people who have repetitive injuries to both fix the pain and also try to find ways to stop the same injury from happening over again. Her passion is with people who have chronic ailments, because of the help she has been able to provide to her clients they are now able to move more and enjoy life again. One of her specialties is being able to make hands and feet fully mobile and without pain again.

Holly’s favourite part of massage is when she sees her clients' faces light up after they discover mobility in their joints such as their neck or shoulders without pain.
