LOCATION & PARKING

HOW DO I GET TO UTHRIVE?

Uthrive is conveniently located at street-level on the corner of 11th Ave & 5th St SW (open Google Maps in a new window). We are easily accessible by car, public transit, or walking.

WHERE CAN I PARK?

Uthrive has three dedicated customer parking spots available. They are located just up 11th Ave from the clinic's main entrance, next to Milano Coffee, in front of the first parking garage door you see on the right. Our parking spots are the three to the left of the garage door. You will see small a small Uthrive logo on the signs.

 

These spots are first come first serve. Please inform reception that you are parked in one of the spots when checking-in for your appointment.

There is metered street parking along both sides of 11th Ave. Please note: Street parking on the North side of 11th Ave ends at 330pm on weekdays. 

ONLINE BOOKING

HOW DO I CREATE AN ACCOUNT?

Clicking any of the green "Book Now" buttons on our website will take you to the JANE booking site. From there, you can choose a service and practitioner. You will see each practitioner's schedule to select your appointment time.


Clicking the "Book With..." button under a practitioner's bio on our website will take you directly to their JANE booking page.

WHAT IF I FORGET MY PASSWORD OR USERNAME?

There are two options :

1. Go to your JANE login screen and press the "Forgot username or password?" link and follow the instructions.

2. Call us to send you a password reset email or retrieve your username for you. 

WHAT IF THE APPOINTMENT I WANT IS NOT THERE?

JANE will automatically take you to the first available spot for your desired appointment type with your chosen practitioner. If you want a time that is not available, you can add yourself to the practitioner's waitlist.

Here's how:

  1. Go to the main screen of your JANE profile.

  2. Press the "Upcoming Appointments" option from the menu on the left.

  3. Look for the "Wait List Requests" section

  4. Click the "Add a Wait List Request" button.

  5. Fill out the prompts. 

CAN I CONNECT A FAMILY MEMBER?

Yes, you can!

Here's how:

  1. Login to your JANE profile and press "My Account".

  2. Choose the "Family Member" option from the menu on the left side of the screen.

  3. Click the "Add a Family Member" button.

  4. Fill out the prompts and save.
